Carney Enrichment Awards for BFA Students in PhotographyProvides support to full-time WMU students pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography who have demonstrated artistic talent and commitment to art with a minimum 3.2 GPA. Read more about John "Jack" Carney and the scholarship here.University Permanent Art CollectionWestern Michigan University boasts an impressive collection of classical and contemporary artworks called the University Permanent Art Collection. Works in the collection can be viewed by entering any building on Western's campus. The art is installed and maintained by Richmond Center for Visual Arts staff and managed by a board of knowledgeable creatives.
